    I’m a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I’ve spent the last 8 years helping people reach their fitness goals at top gyms like Equinox. But a few years ago, I stepped into a whole new world—tech sales at a leading cybersecurity company.


    That shift hit me hard. Between nonstop meetings, travel, and high-pressure quotas, I struggled to stay consistent with my workouts. So I created a new approach—one that actually worked with my demanding schedule. In less than 3 months, I lost 20 pounds and gained more muscle than I had in years. Even better, those changes didn’t just show up physically—they showed up in how I performed at work. I had more energy, more confidence, and a sharper edge in every meeting.
